Our mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We desire to be a people and a place where everyone is 
encouraged and equipped to seek intimacy with God and loving community with all our neighbors. Our witness of singing, of reading scripture, of sharing our stories, of being in community together, of praying for one another and the world, of serving others, and of living generously, teaches us how to be disciples of Jesus. And with the help of the Holy Spirit, we believe that we have been called to work 
alongside the Lord Jesus in the joyful work of bringing about the Kingdom of God.

 

Salem Baptist Church partners with the Gasper River Association of Baptists,
the Kentucky Baptist Fellowship, and other local churches, ministries, and organizations.
We also support ministries and missionaries through the Southern Baptist Convention 
and the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.
